We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, profile information, and payment data (handled by Stripe — we never store card details). We also collect usage data such as pages visited and actions taken on the Platform.

2. How We Use It

We use your data to provide and improve the Platform, process payments, send transactional emails (booking confirmations, status updates), and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Health Data

Clients may optionally provide health-related information (height, weight, medical conditions). This data is visible only to the client and their assigned coach. We do not sell or share this data with third parties.

4. Third Parties

We use Stripe for payment processing, Clerk for authentication, and Resend for email delivery. Each of these services has their own privacy policy. We do not sell your data to advertisers or data brokers.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@coachys.fit.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
