Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Coachys ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Coachys provides software tools that allow personal trainers ("Coaches") to create booking pages, manage clients, and accept payments. Coachys is not a fitness company and does not provide coaching services directly.

3. Coach Accounts

Coaches are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, the services they offer, and their interactions with clients. Coaches must comply with all applicable laws and professional standards in their jurisdiction.

4. Client Relationships

Any agreement between a Coach and a Client is solely between those parties. Coachys is not a party to that agreement and bears no responsibility for the quality or safety of coaching services.

5. Payments

Payments are processed via Stripe. Coaches are responsible for setting up Stripe Connect to receive payments. Coachys charges a platform fee on each transaction as described in the pricing plans. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Subscriptions

Coach subscriptions are billed monthly. A 14-day free trial is offered to new coaches. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Platform for unlawful purposes, to harass others, to distribute harmful content, or to circumvent security measures.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coachys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
